Come along to try a FREE taster class with CYC.

If you're in Bristol and you'd like to get flexible, get strong and feel good, simply fill in the form to let us know when you're coming along for a free taster. We have mats, blocks & straps available at every class.

Clifton Yoga Club is a fun, friendly environment for beginners and advanced yogi's alike, where you can work out the stress of daily life whilst building better flexibility & meeting new people. There will always be tea's available after classes, thanks to our friends at Pukka, and we have a large social community with regular trips & activities for anyone to join, introducing everyone to the community & getting to know likeminded people in the area!

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Classes can get full. As such, you MUST receive a response from our team confirming your class booking before attending a class. Anyone attending without confirmation of booking will be turned away from the class. We cannot rebook or reschedule taster classes. Once booked, we kindly ask that you commit to your booking. Not attending or cancelling will result in the loss of the free class.

(All classes are Vinyasa for all abilities, except Post Natal specific classes. During summer months we have outdoor classes. We intend to stream studio classes online for members in 2022 & offer an unltd online add-on.)

Early Morning - 7am (45 mins: In Person & Online)

Midday Yoga - 12 Midday (45 mins: Online Only)

Monday (Vinyasa Power Flow)

Wednesday (Vinyasa Power Flow)

Evening Yoga - 6pm or 7:30pm (1hr: In Person & Online)

Monday - 6pm (Vinyasa Flow)

Tuesday - 7:30pm (Vinyasa Power Flow)

Thursday - 6pm (Hatha)

Sunday Evening - 7:30pm (1hr: In Person & Online)

Sunday (Yin style restorative practice)
